If you are reading this blog, you are seeing a complete conversion of one of the most successful pre-written, done for you, etc. products of all time in the real estate industry.
Back in 1996 I developed The “Ready-To-Copy” Line of products which included 3 Components and separate distinct products. They were:
1. The Ready-To-Copy Letter Library
2. The Ready-To-Copy Marketing Kit
3. The Ready-To-Copy Referral System
Although I actually stopped selling products in 2003 when I launched busy Agent Pro, the contents of these products remained a very valuable piece of thousands of real estate professionals and mortgage brokers around the country. Until just a few years ago, I would pop by Ebay every once in a while and enter Brian Rodgers as the search term. I always found a copy of one of these three products for sale by either a past purchaser or I suppose someone that copied it and was selling it illegally:)
I would see The Brian Rodgers Ready-To-Copy Marketing Kit sell on a regular basis for up to $100. Wow, that is incredible considering The Brian Rodgers Ready-To-Copy Marketing Kit only sold for $67 when I was selling it from 1996-2003.
I have personally used the contents of these three products to sell millions of dollars of real estate over the years and although i knew it helped ithers by all the testimonials I receive, I had no idea people were still purchasing these products in their original form!
I updated all 3 products back in 2003 to include them in the BAP mastermind and I have again updated the three products to include both the offline letters but have re-done it so it included drip-e-mail follow up systems as well.
The marketing Kit shows you dozens of ways to use call capture system the correct way to generate dozens of leads as well as dozens of ways to use lead capture websites to generate real estate leads.
